Anforderungen

•Completed scientific university degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or comparable qualification
•Participation in leadership qualification program or initial leadership experience
•Industry experience in innovative components/power electronics and research and development of wide bandgap semiconductors
•Experience in acquiring and managing larger public and industrial research projects
•Convincing communication skills, confident demeanor, and fluent in German and English (C2 level)
•Ability to lead and motivate interdisciplinary team of scientists and technicians
•Committed, responsible, and independent working style
