Anforderungen
- •Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or comparable field
- •Several years of experience in Team Leadership and Project Management
- •Solid knowledge in Agile Leadership, Data Strategy, and Stakeholder Management
- •Deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Machine Learning
- •Hands-on experience with Big Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and MLOps
- •Competence in Business Process Optimization and Organizational Change Management
- •Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken

- •Develop Agentic AI that integrates insights into workflows
- •Drive the transformation to intelligent, action-oriented AI systems
- •Lead the team using agile methods for flexible project implementation
- •Develop a data strategy that aligns with business goals
- •Manage stakeholders to ensure transparent requirement capture
- •Take responsibility for a multidisciplinary team’s development
- •Redesign processes and optimize workflows for efficiency gains
- •Collaborate with other departments to create innovative solutions
- •Build robust data pipelines and scalable architectures
- •Drive the lifecycle of machine learning models from development to production
