## What will you be doing as Group HRIS Expert?
* Responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in the areas of Time Management, Workforce Planning, Employee central and Compensation
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs and supports strategic HR initiatives.
* Lead HRIS projects and drive forward the Implementation of HR systems
* Train end-users and provide guidance on HRIS processes, best practices, and system features
## Who are you?
* HRIS expert with 3-5 years of work experience
* Knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee central, Compensation, Time tracking, WFM solutions, Time & Attendance management, Absence management), Open Text, ATOSS, Predictive Index
* Good understanding of HR processes and systems
* Experience with Power BI and HR system Integrations (a plus)
* Experience In vendor selection
* Project Management & Relationship management
* Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse, multinational environment.
* Collaborative and proactive mindset
* Fluent In English and German (written and spoken)
