Deine Aufgaben
- •Produce consolidated financial statements, including cash flow statements and tax reconciliation, in accordance with IFRS and SWISS CO standards
- •Lead the audit process for consolidated financial statements
- •Generate consolidated financial information for internal management reporting and ad-hoc requests
- •Analyze consolidated financial results to identify trends, variances, and anomalies
- •Provide insights to senior management to support decision-making
- •Collaborate with the group controlling team to align reporting principles on monthly and YTD balance sheet and profit loss statement analysis
- •Identify opportunities to improve the reporting process by unifying accounting principles
- •Drive the development and maintenance of Group accounting principles for efficient consolidation
- •Maintain central consolidation adjustments monthly and develop plans for local team maintenance
- •Define and develop the Group’s chart of accounts, including adjustments for newly acquired businesses
- •Set up and update internal control procedures, escalating issues related to the consolidation process
- •Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
