Anforderungen
- •Experience with medium and high voltage grid connections
- •Proven track record of handling Grid and High Voltage (HV) infrastructure
- •Hands-on experience in design and building of grid connections
- •Comprehensive understanding of grid connection procedures and grid codes
- •Experience with underground cable system design and routing
- •Knowledge of power system studies
- •Willingness and ability to conduct regular site visits
- •High attention to detail and ability to deliver quality results
- •Strong understanding of project economics and value drivers
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

- •Lead the engineering phase of renewable projects
- •Oversee technical assessments for grid infrastructure design
- •Plan and estimate project costs
- •Support procurement and environmental permitting
- •Engage with stakeholders and manage risks
- •Evaluate grid infrastructure feasibility and constructability
- •Assess risks and CAPEX estimates during early project phases
- •Serve as the technical lead during the procurement phase
- •Define specifications and requirements for grid infrastructure

- •Plan and document project design reviews until construction
- •Ensure technical consistency with economic and regulatory objectives
- •Prepare and assure quality of technical specifications for tenders
- •Oversee grid elements and project contracts for technical quality
- •Ensure compliance with specifications during execution
- •Manage technical interfaces between contractors
- •Support technical due diligence processes
- •Attend and supervise factory inspections and acceptance tests
- •Supervise third-party engineers and external design services
- •Conduct technical analysis to identify non-conformities
- •Recommend solutions for design or technical issues
