Anforderungen
- •Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in grid compliance and utility-scale renewable energy projects
- •Proven track record working with TSOs and DNOs, including regulatory submissions and operational compliance
- •Established professional network within the utility and regulatory landscape
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Experience representing companies in industry forums or regulatory discussions
- •Solid understanding of grid codes, cyber security, interconnection requirements, and certification standards
- •Analytical mindset with the ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams
- •German and English C1; other European languages are always a plus
- •Willingness to travel regularly across the region

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the primary technical representative for utilities, TSOs, and DNOs on grid compliance
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with TSOs and DNOs
- •Support internal teams and customers in resolving grid compliance issues
- •Oversee the preparation and submission of technical documentation
- •Prepare compliance reports and certification packages
- •Represent Sungrow in industry forums and regulatory discussions
- •Conduct technical due diligence and risk assessments for compliance schemes
- •Collaborate with R&D to integrate compliance features into products
- •Coordinate with third-party technical advisors on grid strategy
