•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline
•CFA Charterholder or enrollment in CFA Exams
•Italian native level, fluency in English, additional language(s) advantageous
•2-3 years of professional experience
•Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, proactive, self-motivated, comfortable taking initiative
