Anforderungen
- •Masters Degree in Business, Health Policy, Public Administration or related
- •10 years professional experience in government affairs or policy
- •In-depth knowledge of healthcare policies and pharmaceutical sector
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in a political environment
- •Minimum 3 years of experience in government affairs in a national market
- •Proven track record of successful prioritisation and execution of complex strategies
- •Experience with commercial brand team strategy development
- •Solid track record in team-building and coalition-development
- •Experience with senior government or corporate executive presentation and engagement

Deine Aufgaben
- •Identify and strengthen strategic alliances within the health stakeholder community
- •Collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Market Access, Legal, and cross-functional partners to execute government affairs strategies
- •Craft persuasive narratives to highlight the impact of harmful policy proposals and promote pro-innovation solutions
- •Utilize research, public opinion insights, and policy analysis to inform campaign design and performance measurement
- •Represent AbbVie in external forums as an advocate for pro-innovation policy positions
- •Lead and coordinate the Region Europe government affairs affiliate strategic planning process
- •Develop and implement a cross-functional advocacy strategy leveraging AbbVie’s investments in manufacturing and R&D
- •Identify and prioritize policy issues impacting AbbVie’s business with regional and global market access colleagues
- •Collaborate with the international policy team to identify key policies and develop supportive company positions
- •Represent AbbVie at European trade associations and support senior management in high-level committees
- •Gather, analyze, and interpret trade association intelligence and communicate priority issues to affiliates
