• •PhD or Master's degree in Finance, Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics
• •Practical experience of up to two years in Finance via internships or Working Student roles
• •Sound financial knowledge and analytical skills
• •High proficiency with digital tools and willingness to embrace new technologies
• •Profound knowledge of MS Office; SAP, TM-1, and Tableau skills
• •Fluency in Business English and a second language
• •High learning agility and curiosity to problem solving; teamwork and strong presentation skills
