Anforderungen
- •Qualification in a scientific field, e.g., pharmacist, biotechnologist, biologist, or comparable degree with a background in the chemical, biotechnological, or pharmaceutical industry
- •Experience in quality control and/or quality assurance in a GMP environment
- •Experience in defining relevant GMP training and conducting GMP training for employees is advantageous
- •Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- •Experience with TrackWise is advantageous
- •Very good German and English skills (at least B2) are required
- •Work permit

- •Manage the existing training system
- •Maintain and improve the training program
- •Analyze deviations and quality issues to define future training topics
- •Collaborate with departments to define training content and requirements
- •Work closely with Corporate Quality to share and adopt best practices
- •Participate in all activities within the Quality Assurance department
