Anforderungen

•Degree in life sciences or completed vocational training in pharmaceutical or chemical field
•3+ years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment
•Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical QC or analytical development
•Strong customer orientation and clear communication skills
•Very good IT literacy and Office skills
•LIMS experience is a plus
•Demonstrated project management capability
•Certification (e.g., PMP, IPMA) is an advantage
•Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving
•High sense of responsibility and reliability
•Team spirit
•Very good German and good English
•English language skills

•Lead end-to-end projects for Pharma Analytics
•Plan projects and manage timelines
•Track milestones and manage purchase orders
•Report project status to stakeholders
•Review and approve technical documents
•Ensure GMP compliance in analytical work
•Contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvement
•Configure projects in LIMS
•Support data integrity best practices
•Coordinate between internal labs, clients, and external partners
•Assist in authoring and maintaining SOPs
•Support client, GMP, and regulatory audits
•Identify and implement process improvements
