# Global Youth Manager **Position Snapshot** Location: Vevey, Switzerland Act. Rate: Full-Time Type of contract: Permanent contract **Position Summary** As a **Global Youth Manager**, you will be responsible for the implementation of the Nestlé Needs Youth (NNY) strategy across Zones, Markets and Strategic Business Units (SBUs). Additionally, you will lead the Global Alliance for Youth (All4Youth), focusing on the establishment of strategic partnerships and the management of relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. **A Day in the Life of a Global Youth Manager** * Coordinate the NNY strategy implementation with internal stakeholders * Drive relationship management with senior stakeholders both inside and outside Nestlé * Identify and build links between NNY and other corporate initiatives * Strengthen strategic partnerships and enhance communications and advocacy efforts * Establish and foster strategic partnerships with key organizations * Monitor, track, and report progress through the assurance process * Set and drive the Global Alliance for YOUth strategy and agenda, including communication and engagement * Lead and manage the Global Alliance for YOUth Swiss Association and oversee financial audits **What will make you successful** * Academic background in Business Administration, International Relations, Political and Social Sciences, Public Affairs and Communications or similar * Self-starter with the ability to shape and operationalize projects effectively * Extensive experience in sustainability, social impact, and/or youth-related initiatives * Proven ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management * Strong project management and coordination abilities with a proven strategical mindset. * Excellent presentation and writing skills * Demonstrated innovative and creative thinking * Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus Nestlé is committed to the accessibility of its recruitment process.
