- •Drive global compliance and audit execution
- •Own the compliance program with Group Finance and external advisors
- •Lead audit defense and manage year-end tax disclosures
- •Support local audits with the Chemnitz finance team
- •Oversee tax compliance activities and challenge advisory spend
- •Lead the global transfer pricing lifecycle and benchmarking efforts
- •Maintain intercompany agreements and review tax footprint
- •Review risk and role of specific entities for TP policies
- •Identify areas to simplify intercompany processes
- •Review tax clauses in sales contracts to support the sales process
- •Act as a tax advisor for geographical expansion and legal entity setup
