The Center of Excellence (CoE) for People Development and Culture at PALFINGER focuses on enhancing employee skills, performance, and well-being. It aligns with the company's global strategy and is responsible for developing and coordinating concepts, tools, and processes in Learning & Development, Performance & Talent Management. The CoE aims to foster employee talents, support organizational transformation, and focuses on key areas such as Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, Learning & Leadership Development, Culture & Values, and Diversity. We are looking for a Global Talent Manager (f/m/d) with hands-on mentality and a business partner mindset to join the team in **Bergheim** (Salzburg).

## Your responsibilities
* Lead the development of the global talent management practices and tools
* Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise within best talent practices, tools, and capabilities in alignment of PALFINGER’s long-term strategy
* Design and implement the talent reviews framework, calibrations & assessments together with our senior leadership, HR teams, and department heads
* Drive data and system led measurement mechanisms (reporting and KPIs)
* Support the integration of the Talent Management tools and processes into our HRIS (Success Factors) and Visualization platforms like PowerBI

## Your qualifications
* University degree in business administration or psychology
* Many years of relevant work experience in strategic and operational HR management (focus on Talent Management), preferably within an international matrix organization
* Deep knowledge in the areas of organizational development, talent management, succession planning and performance management, as well as project management and (lateral) leadership experience
* Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, profound understanding for intercultural complexities
* Fluent German and English skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
