* Facilitate the end-to-end Sales and Operations Planning process, ensuring seamless integration across all functional teams.
* Drive continuous improvement to mature the Sales and Operations Planning process cycles.
* Identify opportunities for improving Sales and Operations Planning processes and analytical tools using data-driven insights.
* Increase transparency in decision-making processes and streamline data and information flows.
* Act as a strategic partner between Product, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.
* Support data-driven decision-making and resolve key supply-demand imbalances.
* Develop and implement Sales and Operations Planning dashboards and reports for visibility into demand, supply, and financial projections.
* Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and monitor performance metrics to evaluate and improve Sales and Operations Planning processes.
**About you**
