# Global Sales Assistant (f/m/d) **Schwelm** | **Full time** # Responsibilities: * Preparation of analyses, reports, and decision-making templates. * Development of queries and dashboards (CRM administration, Microsoft Power BI) * Maintenance and expansion of data structures in the CRM system in coordination with decision-makers (international) * Active participation in the development of sales strategies, planning, and processes * Preparation and follow-up of meetings, presentations, and reports. * Coordination and monitoring of national and international sales projects in alignment with management * Independent management and participation in projects aimed at increasing sales effectiveness/efficiency * Management of smaller projects to optimize administrative processes * Preparation and follow-up of national and international trade fairs. * Coordination and controlling of complaints # Qualifications: * Commercial training with relevant professional experience * Experience in a comparable position in a sales environment is desirable * Independent and structured working style * Strong communication skills and team orientation * High level of discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility * Flexibility and resilience * Representing and upholding the company culture and values * Experience with CRM systems and sales software is an advantage * Proficient in using modern IT applications and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as willingness to travel (max. 10%)
