Anforderungen
- •Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering/electronics, physics optoelectronics, mechatronics, or comparable
- •Experience in business development with customer contact, strategy, and business development in the automotive sector
- •Project management experience with methods and tool knowledge in interdisciplinary teams
- •Expert knowledge of automotive exterior lighting systems and key technologies
- •Strong communication and persuasive skills on technical or business level
- •Confident demeanor, structured and independent working style, and customer affinity
- •Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
- •Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Identify customer business opportunities with Business Development & Sales
- •Build a sales roadmap for each Innovation program
- •Ensure targeted RFQ and RFI are received from Business Development & Sales
- •Develop a robust business plan for strategic innovation programs
- •Align OPmobility innovation proposals with customer needs
- •Lobby for customer adoption through tease and test actions
- •Identify and consolidate resources and competencies for the Innovation program
- •Build the core and extended team along with the program budget and planning
- •Ensure the OPTINOV Program plan aligns with the agreed innovation budget
- •Identify funding and support opportunities to optimize the program budget
- •Define key outcomes for each innovation program with stakeholders
- •Establish targeted performance metrics and clear objectives for the team
- •Manage the master program timing plan from idea generation to transfer phase
- •Ensure compliance with acquisition radar timing in the sales roadmap
- •Follow the innovation roadmap set by the Innovation Program director
- •Evaluate the program status against original objectives and document lessons learned
