Anforderungen
- •Masters degree in life sciences or relevant medical degree
- •At least 5 years experience in publication management
- •Relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or medical communications agency
- •Experience working in the U.S. or in a U.S. affiliate
- •CMPP certification
- •Ability to develop and evaluate medical/scientific publications
- •Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- •Demonstrated presentation and communication skills
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- •Lead the implementation of the global publication plan
- •Manage the end-to-end publication process
- •Ensure compliance with GPP, ICMJE guidelines, and internal SOPs
- •Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, Biostatistics, and external partners
- •Represent the publication function in internal and external meetings
- •Maintain publication tracking systems and provide updates
- •Support the annual global publication workshop
- •Contribute to the development of best practices
