More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors. Internally, we have targeted talent development programs for employees at different stages of their career development to build skills and competencies, foster training, support people to own career development, scale up organization for growth and execution. **How you’ll make an impact** * You will follow and understands global standards, market and customers’ requirements and their impact on the assigned product portfolio. * You will collect and analyses standards, market requirements, customer needs and values as an input for producing a product roadmap and actively participate in R&D projects execution. * You will prepare product market communication materials, including support for new product launches. * You will clarify product positioning within the portfolio, with defined values per product line / product to address different segment needs. * You will provide structured input for R&D projects in form of MRS (Market Requirements Specification). * You will participate to the products market introduction and supports performance and analysis. * You will drive internal benchmarks as per the defined GPG Benchmark procedure- conducts analysis, shares results with Hubs / factories, defines improvement actions by factory, follow up and tracks implementation. * You will keep Product Group, Sales and channels informed on topics related to the product, such as new product availability, market, competition, quality, configuration, trends, and limitations. * You will provide sales and technical support, participates in customer meetings, and attends trade shows on request and supports marketing programs. * You will support technical solutions across the product line. Supports and follows the activities to govern product management for assigned products / product line(s) during lifecycle. * You will prepare white papers for relevant customer events Ensures appropriate training material is available for use both internally and externally. * You will analyze customers’ feedback (Voice of Customer, NPS and other forms of surveys, Workshops, CCRP) and defines actions to improve customers’ satisfaction level. * You will maintain and follows annual cycle of activities to govern product management for assigned products. * You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. * Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. **Your Background** * You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Total 10+ years of experience in R&D, product development, Engineering of Distribution Transformers. * Product Management skills.
