Anforderungen
- •MSc or BSc Engineering degree
- •Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer engineering or research & development
- •Electrical design experience from factory work with production process and cost structure understanding
- •Technical knowledge of transformer portfolio and rail infrastructure transformers
- •Proven ability to conduct market analysis and competitive assessments
- •Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- •Fluent English and experience with writing technical papers or reports
