Anforderungen

•Commercial and operational leadership experience in TIC or automotive sector
•Experience in managing global service delivery and driving product growth
•Background in business assurance, certification, or related services
•University degree in engineering, business, or quality management
•Fluency in English
•Strong business and strategic mindset
•Excellent project and operational management capabilities
•Solid understanding of business planning and performance analysis
•Effective communication and presentation skills
•Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
•Strong collaboration and influencing skills
•Results-driven with focus on continuous improvement
•Change management experience
•People management experience
•Familiarity with certification/accreditation schemes (IATF, TISAX, ISO) is a plus

•Identify emerging trends and opportunities for new products
•Coordinate go-to-market strategy with SGS Affiliates
