- •Degree in engineering, materials science, chemistry, or business with strong technical orientation
- •5–10 years of experience in product management, ideally in elastomeric components, sealing systems, or industrial B2B markets
- •Solid technical understanding of static sealing applications and materials
- •Proven track record in portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and pricing
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and communication skills
- •Fluency in local language and English; additional languages are a plus
