# Global Product Manager EMC Filters (m/f/d)
## Your main tasks:
- Outline a clear portfolio strategy for the assigned product family to deliver strong financial results.
- Cascade the vision and strategy throughout the organization with clear near-term plans and metrics.
- Create buy-in from the organization through early engagement.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for EMC Filter product lines, from ideation to end-of-life management.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify trends and opportunities.
- Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Lead new product development initiatives, defining product requirements and overseeing the development process.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including pricing strategies and sales enablement programs.
- Partner with marketing to create marketing collateral, sales tools, and technical documentation.
- Track and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Capture and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and incorporate insights into product development.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments related to EMC Filters.
- Work closely with multi-cultural Regional PMs and other GPMs worldwide.
- Communicate widely and at multiple levels in the organization.
**Your profile:**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in product management, focusing on electronic components, power electronic systems, or industrial automation.
- Proven track record in strategy development.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of EMI/EMC principles, filter technologies, and applications of EMC filters in industrial environments is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with key industrial sectors such as motion and drives, robotics, automation, renewable energy, and machinery is a plus.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Proven track record of managing products throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market trends into product strategies.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
