Anforderungen
- •Extensive experience in hot forming for ampoules, cartridges, and/or vials
- •Strong background in process analysis, standardization, and documentation
- •Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills
- •Collaborative, team-oriented, and cross-functional mindset
- •Intercultural competence and ability to perform in international teams
- •Willingness to travel internationally
- •Fluency in English, both written and spoken

- •Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization
- •Define, develop, and implement harmonized global process standards
- •Create and maintain detailed documentation for products and processes
- •Identify, evaluate, and promote technical innovations and best practices
- •Design and implement global qualification and training programs
- •Support production sites in stabilizing, optimizing, and standardizing processes
- •Conduct technical process assessments at various production sites
- •Deliver remote and on-site training sessions with hands-on practice
- •Support and contribute to process trials and validations in production settings
- •Apply expertise in development and research projects
- •Organize and facilitate global expert meetings
- •Drive and coordinate global knowledge exchange initiatives in hot forming
