- •Extensive experience in hot forming for ampoules, cartridges, and/or vials
- •Strong background in process analysis, standardization, and documentation
- •Excellent communication, training, and facilitation skills

- •Conduct technical process assessments at various production sites
- •Deliver remote and on-site training sessions with hands-on practice
- •Support and contribute to process trials and validations in production settings
- •Apply expertise in development and research projects
- •Organize and facilitate global expert meetings
- •Drive and coordinate global knowledge exchange initiatives in hot forming
