- •Own the end-to-end implementation of strategic partnerships
- •Act as the primary operational and technical contact for internal teams and external partners
- •Collaborate with external partners on customer journeys and integration requirements
- •Translate partnership agreements into actionable implementation plans
- •Lead technical scoping with product, engineering, and platform teams
- •Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey
- •Drive cross-functional project management across various teams
- •Manage timelines, testing phases, QA, and go-live processes
- •Ensure partnerships unlock customer growth and retention opportunities
- •Maintain clear documentation for scalable implementation
