Job Description
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In this internship, you'll oversee the execution of brand partnerships, working with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery to a high standard. As such, you'll need to be neat and highly organised with the ability to multi-task and track a complex matrix of deliverables and assets, playing a key role in maximising partner satisfaction, retention and upsell. So you'll need to be detail-oriented and meticulous, with a knack for planning ahead to ensure seamless interactions between stakeholders.
SALES
In this exciting role, you'll also be involved in a variety of sales-related tasks. You'll analyse the evolving business landscape, build knowledge of the assigned partner's business category (e.g. competitor activity, brand immersion, trends, etc.) and data sets to formulate insights for a comprehensive sales approach.
SUPPORT
During this internship, you'll provide analytical support to the team by checking and structuring data integrity in our CRM system. You'll also prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management and plan and organise meetings. Lastly, you'll take the lead and own from end-to-end, the process of tracking and managing stakeholders on assets status and delivery.
Qualifications

Advanced undergraduate, postgraduate or recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's degree) in marketing or a related field

Fluent in English, German and other languages a plus

Creative and dynamic with basic knowledge of all marketing platforms

Strong communication and organisational skills

Process oriented and analytical

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, experienced in Powerpoint/Google Slides with a flair for craft/design

Committed team player with a reliable way of working

Goal-oriented with a high level of commitment

Comfortable managing your own operational workload as well as working under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Event management experience a plus
