  • Design and maintain a consistent onboarding experience
  • Ensure alignment among Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, and managers
  • Redesign and improve the global onboarding program
  • Define onboarding needs with business leaders
  • Curate structured learning journeys with partners
  • Coordinate global onboarding activities and timelines
  • Create and maintain onboarding content reflecting RELEX culture
  • Maintain toolkits, guidance, and communication assets
  • Build and manage a global onboarding reporting framework
  • Track onboarding progress, completion, attendance, and engagement
  • Analyze onboarding data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders
  • Create dashboards and templates for scalable reporting
  • Use insights to guide program decisions and content updates
  • Establish success metrics for onboarding effectiveness
  • Evaluate onboarding activities and iterate based on outcomes
