•Ensure alignment among Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, and managers
•Redesign and improve the global onboarding program
•Define onboarding needs with business leaders
•Curate structured learning journeys with partners
•Coordinate global onboarding activities and timelines
•Create and maintain onboarding content reflecting RELEX culture
•Maintain toolkits, guidance, and communication assets
•Build and manage a global onboarding reporting framework
•Track onboarding progress, completion, attendance, and engagement
•Analyze onboarding data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
•Provide regular reports and insights to leadership and stakeholders
•Create dashboards and templates for scalable reporting
•Use insights to guide program decisions and content updates
•Establish success metrics for onboarding effectiveness
•Evaluate onboarding activities and iterate based on outcomes
