Anforderungen
- •Degree in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering or related field
- •Extensive industry experience in aseptic manufacturing processes
- •Strong practical and theoretical expertise in process development and manufacturing
- •Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle
- •Experience and knowledge of drug product dosage forms
- •Ability to transfer lab results into scalable process improvements

- •Design and execute experiments for process and product improvements
- •Support technology development and implementation
- •Conduct process validation and provide hands-on support for commercial products
- •Facilitate process transfers to and from manufacturing sites
- •Plan and conduct experiments within the pilot plant network
- •Document and analyze experimental data
- •Summarize results in technical documents and presentations
- •Support regulatory submissions and health authority inquiries
- •Collaborate with technical development and manufacturing teams
- •Support Make-Assess-Release (MAR) activities as needed
- •Lead or contribute to process and technology improvement projects
- •Independently troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- •Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- •Represent the function in cross-functional teams
- •Stay updated on industry trends in bioprocess technologies
- •Author or review sections of regulatory submissions
- •Mentor team members and train partners on new technologies
