Anforderungen
- •MS/BS in Industrial, Engineering or Chemical sciences, or 5-year technical degree in related discipline
- •Significant experience in manufacturing site Production’s department or equivalent experience in Maintenance, Engineering or Operational Excellence
- •Functional expertise in Production performance, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Change Management
- •Proven track record in project and program management methods
- •Ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and monitor multiple concurrent activities
- •Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- •Skilled in problem solving and critical thinking
- •Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- •Experience with data analytics packages or Python programming
- •Ability to access and leverage manufacturing data from SAP, Historian etc.
- •Strong influencing skills for stakeholder management
- •Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and solving complex problems

- •Assist local Manufacturing Excellence team in capability development
- •Collaborate with experts to deploy new capabilities
- •Promote a data-driven approach to performance management
- •Perform targeted audits on the Syngenta Production System
- •Issue recommendations for continuous improvement
- •Coach leaders and provide operations management consulting
