# We are seeking a *Global Labelling Specialist* (50%) to join our team.
**How you'll make an impact**
• Handling of country-specific labeling requests
• Coordination of translations with translation agency
• Coordination of labeling updates with Artwork Agency
• Support labeling process revision and optimization
• Manage communication and interface between Marketing, Sourcing, Quality, Regulatory, countries validators, external suppliers, and consultants in the development and execution of labelling strategies
• Participate as needed as a member or ad-hoc participant of key functional/cross-functional meetings to ensure appropriate documentation, compliance of internal process, guidance and support for the labeling activities
• Troubleshoot labelling & packaging problems, document findings and implement solutions to resolve problems

• A proven ability to take full ownership, drive timelines, and ensure consistent follow-up to meet deadlines.
• Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams and departments, ideally within an international setting.
• Action-oriented and operationally driven, able to make quick decisions and take initiative to move projects forward without delay.
• Excellent communicator, capable of working autonomously with external agencies and internal stakeholders, handling all project phases from scope definition to briefing and execution.
• Highly organized and status-aware, able to instantly report on project progress, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and resolve roadblocks through effective communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro is essential.
