**This job is available for all our locations in Europe, but especially for Sweden and Germany.**
**Your Mission:** As a Global Key Account Manager, you will be the strategic driver behind one of our most relevant global client relationships. Your role is to lead and expand this partnership across all regions, ensuring consistent service excellence, commercial growth, and long-term collaboration. You’ll act as the central point of contact, aligning internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative logistics solutions and unlock new business opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across the client’s global organization
* Lead the development and execution of a global account strategy, ensuring alignment with both client goals and internal business objectives
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders, pre-qualifications, and cross-regional initiatives
* Support local and regional sales teams in joint client activities, including proposal development, negotiations, and implementation
* Monitor account performance through KPIs, CRM updates, and regular reporting to drive continuous improvement
* Act as the escalation point for client concerns, ensuring swift resolution and client satisfaction
