Anforderungen

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Account management or Business Development experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Previous sales experience in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Strong time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer service focus and ability to create open dialogue
  • Detail oriented, strong analytical abilities, and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
  • English mandatory, proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • Act as the primary contact for assigned strategic accounts
  • Travel to customer corporate locations to build relationships with key decision makers
  • Determine customer needs and learn application and business requirements
  • Establish and cultivate customer relationships at branch and corporate levels
  • Conduct market and customer research
  • Maintain frequent contact with customers via email or phone
  • Travel to customers as needed and attend industry trade shows
  • Lead sales presentations and annual pricing negotiations
  • Conduct business reviews and present product proposals
  • Advocate for customers within internal organizations and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with territory sales managers to identify and close new sales opportunities
  • Ensure alignment of commercial teams with local sales teams
