* Act as a strategic HR partner for the global MARINE Service organization, providing proactive support and guidance to managers across the region
* Drive and implement tailored HR strategies for MARINE Service in cooperation with the regional Management team
* Support workforce planning, personnel cost management and organizational development
* Analyze HR KPIs and market trends, derive actionable insights and ensure follow-through on improvement measures
* Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and train managers throughout the entire employee life cycle

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is **EUR 52.197,04** based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
