Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in relevant field; MBA advantageous
- •Significant experience in management and sustainability advisory projects
- •5–8 years of experience in digital/operational transformation and sustainability advisory
- •Strong understanding of business context and transformational methodologies
- •Thorough understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks
- •Experience advising clients at C-Level for transformational change
- •Results-oriented leadership and problem-solving skills
- •Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- •Highly organized and detail-oriented
- •Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- •Willingness to travel internationally (30–40% of working time)

- •Integrate IT/OT convergence and AI-enabled building operations
- •Mentor senior consultants and global expert networks
- •Monitor ESG regulations and market trends
- •Contribute thought leadership in sustainability forums
