Anforderungen

  • •University degree in business, natural sciences, or engineering
  • •5+ years of experience in pharma supply chain, production, sales, or strategy
  • •Competence in operational excellence and process optimization, preferably with exposure to digital transformation, AI, or other tools
  • •Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling
  • •Track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion
  • •Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

  • •Develop and execute the long-term strategic roadmap
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment between TechOps, R&D, Finance, and Commercial
  • •Implement continuous improvement across the value chain
  • •Undertake operational excellence initiatives in procurement, production, supply chain, R&D, and commercial operations
  • •Support digital transformation across all functions
  • •Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies as needed
  • •Support M&A and CAPEX projects from feasibility to implementation
  • •Conduct project deep dive analyses for critical business decisions
  • •Coordinate internal and external strategic communication
