- •5+ years of experience in pharma supply chain, production, sales, or strategy
- •Competence in operational excellence and process optimization, preferably with exposure to digital transformation, AI, or other tools
- •Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial modeling
- •Track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving complex projects to completion
- •Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

- •Develop and execute the long-term strategic roadmap
- •Drive cross-functional alignment between TechOps, R&D, Finance, and Commercial
- •Implement continuous improvement across the value chain
- •Undertake operational excellence initiatives in procurement, production, supply chain, R&D, and commercial operations
- •Support digital transformation across all functions
- •Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies as needed
- •Support M&A and CAPEX projects from feasibility to implementation
- •Conduct project deep dive analyses for critical business decisions
- •Coordinate internal and external strategic communication
