As the Global Head of Quality Management, you will oversee the development and maintenance of the QM system, ensuring it meets high standards. This role involves coordinating audits, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to enhance quality and reduce costs.

Anforderungen

• •Completed studies or higher with a technical background
• •Several years of professional experience in quality management
• •Knowledge of the management standards ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO45001
• •Knowledge of the automotive standard IATF 16949
• •Knowledge of quality methods according to ISO 9001 and statistics
• •Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• •High organisational competence and excellent communication skills
• •Business-oriented thinking and acting
• •High degree of initiative and implementation skills
• •Ability to work in a team and appreciate new approaches
• •Willingness to travel and openness to new challenges
