# Global Head of Primary Accounts
**Frankfurt, DE** | **Full time**
# About the Role:
**Grade Level (for internal use):**
13
Executive role leading offshore sales account management teams to deliver improved results by driving retention strategies and identifying revenue growth opportunities for long-tail accounts across all of MI.
* Manage large, diverse team of AM Managers and AMs in low-cost locations (Pakistan, India, Manila, Latin America, etc.) responsible for the Primary Book ($165M ACV) to drive customer relationships, advocacy, and engagement to enhance retention, satisfaction and revenue growth of MI’is smallest clients
* Ensure broader team leverages tools and analytics to track customer engagement, health, opportunities and risks to develop account and region-specific strategies and improve productivity
* Drive tight collaboration with regional AM Managers to ensure alignment on account level revenue strategies and leverage their on-shore expertise to help develop skills and depth of knowledge of off-shore account managers.
**Please note: this role may be scoped at a G13 or G14 depending on the final remit of the role.**
