**Your Tasks**
* Continuously adapt and implement global HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture and driving employee engagement & diversity
* Oversee global HR operations together with your Global HR Projects team (3 members), ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions while optimizing HR processes for efficiency and scalability
* Collaborate with senior leadership to anticipate workforce needs, drive organizational change, and support business growth through effective talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
* Develop the HR function as a strategic business partner and collaborate closely with Divisional Heads and Plant Managers
* Initiate and drive change management processes and the Future@iSi culture initiative
* Develop HR competencies across the local HR teams by leading, coaching and training within the matrix structure
* Close collaboration with the owners and key stakeholders – especially regarding Headquarter HR topics
* Further develop and implement global HR processes, standards, tools and policies in close collaboration with key stakeholders and the Divisional Management
* Manage the continuous development of Workday, the global HR platform with a dedicated team to further improve user experience
* Act as (employer) brand ambassador and role model for the iSi Values
**Your Profile**
* 10 years relevant experience as HR Manager in a complex organizational structure, with educational background in business, law or HR Management
* Experienced in leading international, multicultural teams or projects (manufacturing environment is a clear benefit)
* Substantial professional experience in managing the employee life cycle including profound knowledge of Austrian labor law
* Know-how of up-to-date HR standards and tools (Workday know-how is a plus)
* Education as trainer, coach or consultant is a benefit
* Team player, excellent communicator, high personal integrity
* Professional, pragmatic, proactive and service-oriented working style with high resilience and flexibility
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel
