Global Finance Business Partner for GBS MSD(m/w/x)

In this role, you will partner with leaders to shape strategic plans and provide financial insights that drive performance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve budgeting, reporting, and collaborating with teams to enhance decision-making and optimize business processes.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s degree in business administration or comparable qualification
• •Several years of relevant experience in controlling ideally within Siemens, an industrial or technology company, an external business process outsourcing provider, or in consulting
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP applications (particularly Fiori/4) and Siemens-specific applications and analytics tools (e.g., SMART, Dashes)
• •Familiarity with modern data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Alteryx, KNIME) and first experiences with AI
• •Solid understanding of global reporting processes based on ESPRIT, including consolidation topics
• •Strong analytical skills, results orientation, confident presence, and ability to drive decisions
• •Outstanding presentation skills and ease interacting with senior management
• •Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus
