  • •Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100)
  • •Expertise in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and other supplier quality tools
  • •Proficiency in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5Why, DMAIC)
  • •Ability to travel internationally as required for due diligence, transition, and issue resolution

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams for supplier quality integration
  • •Support new supplier qualification and onboarding processes
  • •Lead supplier quality reviews and sourcing decisions
  • •Utilize data analytics to assess supplier performance
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards to track supplier quality metrics
