  • Build and lead a new Global Business Development & Key Account Management function
  • Set global standards and governance for Mlog, Remstar, and Autostore
  • Manage key Global Accounts as a global ambassador for Kardex Group
  • Develop and execute strategies to unlock growth from strategic customers
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing international team of Segment Experts
  • Partner with regional teams to design and deploy go-to-market strategies
  • Establish long-term partnerships with global key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth
  • Drive performance management through feedback and coaching
  • Empower teams with intent-based leadership
  • Build strong, collaborative, and diverse global teams
  • Anticipate trends and align business priorities with strategic agility
  • Foster innovative thinking and continuous improvement
  • Understand customers, markets, and competition to drive business results
