- •Build and lead a new Global Business Development & Key Account Management function
- •Set global standards and governance for Mlog, Remstar, and Autostore
- •Manage key Global Accounts as a global ambassador for Kardex Group
- •Develop and execute strategies to unlock growth from strategic customers
- •Lead and inspire a high-performing international team of Segment Experts
- •Partner with regional teams to design and deploy go-to-market strategies
- •Establish long-term partnerships with global key accounts
- •Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth
- •Drive performance management through feedback and coaching
- •Empower teams with intent-based leadership
- •Build strong, collaborative, and diverse global teams
