Anforderungen
- •Completed commercial apprenticeship and further training as a specialist in receivables management
- •Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in Credit Management
- •Knowledge of international insolvency law
- •In-depth knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts receivable management
- •Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- •Very good knowledge of SAP R/3; S4HANA - FSCM CR
- •Structured, independent and result-oriented way of working
- •Strong communication and teamwork skills
- •Empathy, diplomacy and integrity
- •Fluent written and spoken English and German

Deine Aufgaben
- •Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue accounts
- •Support credit management in the Service Center
- •Coordinate with external credit information providers
- •Collaborate with credit insurance companies for risk mitigation
- •Assess risk of the customer portfolio
- •Evaluate credit reports and security funds
- •Assist in debt collection efforts
- •Track global customer overdue accounts
- •Control and maintain credit limits
- •Participate in global projects for process optimization
- •Ensure harmonization of credit management standards
- •Check customer creditworthiness
- •Monitor compliance with payment terms
- •Engage with customers and internal stakeholders
- •Prepare decisions for payment agreements and settlements
