Anforderungen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in client engagement, service delivery, or account management
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in management consulting or comparable strategic role
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain, and managed services models
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating complex global environments
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities and ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Exceptional project and process management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Expertise in TPRM, compliance frameworks, and operational risk methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive, solution-oriented, hands-on approach
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and documentation tools
  • Fluency in English and German, additional languages is an advantage

  • Serve as the primary contact for senior stakeholders
  • Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships
  • Ensure client satisfaction and service quality
  • Lead escalation management for timely resolutions
  • Identify growth opportunities and lead transformation initiatives
  • Ensure delivery against contractual commitments and KPIs
  • Use analytics to drive insights and measurable value
  • Approve global process designs and ensure alignment
  • Oversee change requests and ensure consistent implementation
  • Review and validate Standard Operating Procedures for compliance
  • Maintain the Joint Process Procedure Manual
  • Develop and govern the Exit Plan for client engagements
  • Manage contract templates to reflect client requirements
  • Deliver accurate reporting on service performance and metrics
  • Maintain transparency through structured reporting
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Third-Party Risk Management
  • Guide stakeholders on compliance and risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee communication of process changes and governance updates
  • Provide training on Business Process Management standards
