Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
- •Master’s or MBA preferred
- •12+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain
- •Global category management experience
- •Proven track record in cost optimization, supplier negotiations, and risk management
- •Experience in industrial, HVAC, or manufacturing sectors preferred
- •Proficiency in procurement systems (SAP, Ariba) and analytics tools
- •Strong understanding of cost modeling, commodity markets, and sourcing best practices
- •Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- •Ability to influence across functions and cultures in a matrixed organization
- •English required; additional languages (German, French, Spanish) a plus

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and implement a comprehensive category strategy
- •Optimize total cost of ownership through cost modeling and sourcing innovation
- •Lead costed BOM development aligned with product lifecycle
- •Drive dual sourcing and supplier qualification for supply continuity
- •Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers and negotiate long-term agreements
- •Own vendor performance data and report metrics to leadership
- •Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical exposure
- •Establish a cross-functional network with engineering and operations
- •Partner with NPI and engineering teams for early supplier involvement
- •Collaborate with sustainability teams for responsible sourcing
- •Maintain expert knowledge of global supply markets and cost drivers
- •Monitor market trends and competitive benchmarks for sourcing decisions
- •Identify and implement VA/VE opportunities with suppliers
- •Lead the category team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
- •Build organizational capability in strategic sourcing and negotiation
- •Champion digital procurement tools for data-driven decision-making
