We are currently looking for a **Global Business Lead for Paper Machine Dry-end Products-Rebuilds-Upgrades**
As the Global Business Lead for Paper Machine Dry-end Products-Rebuilds-Upgrades, you will be responsible for the stand-alone products in the dry-end and for the cooperation with ANDRITZ colleagues providing complementary support for product management, technology, engineering, product management and procurement.
You will be responsible for implementing our Paper Machine Service strategy in particular the development and performance of our dry-end products throughout the entire lifecycle.
In this position you will have P&L responsibility for the global performance of our dry-end products-rebuilds-upgrades.
With an entrepreneurial personality, you will drive our product portfolio to global market leadership by effectively orchestrating the required tasks with a customer-centric approach and a collaborative spirit. You will make a significant contribution to the global business growth of the product portfolio in terms of development, sales, profitability and competitiveness. * Lead the implementation of our Paper Machine Service Strategy
* Lead strategic acquisitions to complement our product and service offerings
* Analyze the demand for paper machine products and service and market share
* Analyze competitor strengths & weaknesses, their offerings and market share
* Analyze and identify the critical factors influencing the implementation of our strategy
* Analyze and identify our product differentiation criteria
* Identify our combined ANDRITZ potential across our Pulp & Paper business areas
* Guide and support regional sourcing initiatives
* Guide and support product training and marketing efforts
* Support sales strategies with a focus on a differentiation approach
* Guide and support our R&D efforts to achieve a preferred supplier position by identifying trends and technologies in the market
**Profile**
* Completed university degree in engineering, economics or comparable qualification.
* Several years of proven leadership experience in a global, strategically oriented product group management or business unit position, ideally in a technology-driven/innovative environment.
* In-depth knowledge of research & development, production, marketing and sales on an international level.
* Strong strategic thinking, entrepreneurial action and strong analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence.
* Enhanced customer focus to develop our business.
* Proven success in developing and implementing global growth strategies within a service-driven business.
* Fluency in written and spoken English; other foreign languages are and advantage.
