- •Develop and own the global external engagement and advocacy strategy
- •Ensure alignment with corporate objectives and therapeutic area priorities
- •Identify high-value global platforms to amplify company positions
- •Lead and coordinate external engagement initiatives across Roche Pharma and Diagnostics
- •Establish frameworks, processes, and guidance for global engagements
- •Drive execution of integrated advocacy campaigns with unified messaging
- •Represent the company in high-level forums and global policy discussions
- •Build and maintain relationships with global patient groups and NGOs
- •Act as strategic counsel to senior leadership for external meetings
- •Prepare stakeholder maps, advocacy materials, and engagement plans
- •Support development of policy capabilities within the Policy Chapter
- •Build a strong global policy network and establish monitoring frameworks
- •Collaborate with other chapters to drive ownership and innovation
- •Act as a trusted advisor to ensure policy efforts yield measurable outcomes
