# global advanced sourcing Manager (m/f/d) ## Why you should join: Responsible for overseeing the governance of advanced sourcing, encompassing the rules, process, structure and system that ensure transparency, accountability and compliance in the advanced sourcing activities. Collaborating with project teams, and other stakeholders to ensuring the project objectives are met. ## Your main tasks: * Governance of advanced sourcing * Define RASI of advanced sourcing team and get aligned with PJM * Develop and implement sourcing process globally * Work with operation team to define make vs buy strategy and process * Define global sourcing review threshold and framework, organize global sourcing review events * Drive sourcing on TCO solution (total cost of ownership) * Reporting & Analysis * Set up KPIs for advanced sourcing and tracking the progress * Prepare regular reports on sourcing progress, challenges, and opportunities, define actions for gap closure * Deep analyze for continuous improvement * Cross-functional collaboration * Work closely with functional teams to ensure that sourcing activities and decisions align with project schedules and requirements * Provide regular updates on the progress of procurement activities and address any potential sourcing-related issues that may impact project timelines * Work with regional advanced sourcing teams to ensure sourcing on time, on cost, on quality * Drive early supplier involvement and co-development initiatives with supplies on new projects * Align with strategic sourcing team to ensure sourcing award align with commodity strategy and supplier strategy * Work with regional procurement leaders on talent development for advanced sourcing **Your profile:** * Can-Do attitude, willing to take ownership to deliver “sustainable” results with minimal supervision or oversight * Ability to handle high pressure work, plan/prioritize accordingly, strong sense of urgency * Ability to quickly assimilate new information, processes and tools * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and execute at tactical level * Multinational working experience, with skills of managing diversity * Solid advanced sourcing experience and project management, in Automotive industry particularly is plus * 8+ years of experience in advanced sourcing or strategic sourcing * Engineering and project management experience is highly desirable # jobsEMEAHL # LI-HYBRID ## Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
