Anforderungen

  • 5+ years of business experience in Sales with complex business software, IT solutions, or IT services
  • 3+ years of Large Account Management experience or leading account teams
  • Strong knowledge of the complete SAP offering
  • Knowledge of financial, competitive, and regulatory environment
  • Experience with long-term planning of resources, technology, and account structure
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Business fluency in English
  • Good understanding of IFRS accounting issues, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and local accounting skills
  • Experience with RISE and SAP ERP preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • French language skills are a benefit
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Develop and implement global account strategy
  • Lead and guide Nestlé Industry Account Executives
  • Drive global revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate SAP efforts across all business lines
  • Orchestrate a clear 2-3-year account strategy
  • Ensure a customer-validated multi-year roadmap
  • Create and manage annual account plans
  • Execute against the customer-SAP governance model
  • Set targets and priorities with the Managing Partner
  • Measure growth in overall revenues and NPS
  • Focus on Cloud, License, and Services growth
  • Manage license and contractual topics
  • Coordinate customer-facing functions and engagements
  • Drive co-innovation opportunities from pipeline to delivery
  • Develop long-term stakeholder relationships
  • Create a strong SAP-Customer governance model
  • Lead Integrated Account Planning to expand SAP footprint
  • Collaborate with key technology partners
  • Identify customer problems and propose SAP solutions
  • Influence and lead the commercial and virtual teams
  • Drive revenue growth across all SAP lines of business
  • Create barriers to entry for competitors
  • Drive adoption of premium support services
  • Provide leadership around Value management and realization
