Human by nature. **Continue your career as Givaudan Foundation Director** The Givaudan Foundation is a non-profit organisation created by Givaudan in 2013 as an independent yet linked philanthropic entity. The Foundation currently provides long-term funding and expertise to many partners worldwide, with a mission to make a difference within the communities where Givaudan sources and operates, focusing on livelihood, wellbeing and natural resource preservation. The Foundation also works in interaction with the employees and volunteers leveraging their expertise and network whenever it helps advance the impact of its activities. In this role you will lead the Givaudan Foundation, team and portfolio of around 100+ projects and partners, driving its philanthropic mission in alignment with Givaudan Purpose. You will also lead the Givaudan Purpose Community Pillar and deliver on the ambition of “By 2030, we will improve the lives of millions of people in communities where we source and operate.” **Main Responsibilities** Lead Givaudan Corporate Foundation: * Manage the Foundation investment strategy, including allocating funds to relevant projects. * Lead the delivery of the Foundation goals across three focus areas: sustainable livelihoods, well-being, natural resource preservation. * Oversee the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning across a  portfolio of 100 projects in 30 countries. * Supervise legal framework and compliance with partners, donors and public authorities. * Manage relationships with senior management, including Foundation Board of Trustees, Givaudan Board of Directors and Executive committee. * Manage relationships with public and private donors (including Givaudan clients) to secure funding and engagement. * Collaborate with corporate functions, working closely with Sustainability and HR teams to align initiatives with corporate objectives. * Active membership in associations and Foundations’ board, enhancing collaboration opportunities, eg Swiss Foundations Association. * Lead a team of 3 Project and Programmes Managers. * Coordinate the Foundation Selection Committee work. Givaudan Purpose Community Pillar Lead: * Lead the Purpose ambition “By 2030, we will improve the lives of millions of people in communities where we source and operate”. * Drive the pillar’s 5 year’s strategy and roadmap, including a robust monitoring and evaluation system to measure progress against target. * Drive the community project portfolio across Givaudan sites and monitor progress. * Supervise the Givaudan Humanitarian Fund granting strategy. * Drive the development of employee volunteering within the Comany, that fosters engagement and social impact. **Background and Competencies** * Master degree in business administration, economics & international relations or in a field related to Corporate Social Responsibility. * Over 10 years’ experience in developing and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility programs in a global business environment, a corporate foundation or a non-profit organization. * Strong stakeholder management skills, with high impact communication and credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to influence at all levels of the organization, including clients. * Strong project management skills and experience in financial/budget management & fundraising * Experience in building strategic partnerships. * Knowledge and understanding of developing countries is a plus. * Experience in sustainability and/or responsible sourcing is a plus. * High adaptability, fostering continuous improvement and innovation. * Strong analytical and decision-making skills focused on impact. * Excellent written and spoken English, fluency in French is a plus. * Availability to travel regularly, including to developing countries **Our Benefits** * Attractive package with benefits * Excellent opportunities for progressive learning and development * Creative team environment that will inspire you * Other local benefits based on where you are based At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch people’s lives.
