# Germany Trainee Programme **CW Site - DEU - Frankfurt - Bleidenstrasse 6** | **Full time** | **Hybrid** **Job Title** Germany Trainee Programme **Job Description Summary** Working in commercial real estate involves a variety of tasks, such as finding and leasing space, advising on real estate investments, valuing properties and portfolios, developing workplace strategies, designing and delivering projects, and managing properties. This work covers all types of commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centres, distribution warehouses, student accommodation, build-to-rent residential, and more. Through our Commercial Property Graduate Scheme, you will assist in delivering a broad range of projects for our clients, with no limits on what you can get involved in. We are committed to providing you with the breadth of experience needed to develop yourself for a successful future in the Corporate Real Estate Industry.
